Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without citing reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party authorised by you who is not the shipper took possession of the last delivery of goods.
To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us (Auerswald Präzisionstechnik GmbH, Industriepark 7, 74706 Osterburken, email: info@auerswald-metall.de, phone: +4962914168627) by means of a clear notification (e. g. a letter sent by mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed withdrawal template to do so, but this is not required.
To observe the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification about exercising your right to withdraw before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must remit to you without delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract, all payments we received from you, including shipping charges (except for additional costs incurred because you chose a different mode of shipment than the one we offered, which is the lowest-priced standard mode). To remit this return payment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless another payment method was explicitly arranged with you; you will not be charged in relation to this return payment in any case. We have the right to refuse to remit the return payment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of sending the goods back to us, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us without delay by shipment or in person, but no later than within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. This deadline is considered observed if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return of the goods. You are responsible for loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a way not necessary to check the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.
The right to withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods which can go bad quickly, or which have a use-by date that would quickly be exceeded.
